Our 2019 Noble White is a blend of the two much-loved noble grape varieties...Pinot blanc and Pinot gris, handpicked and whole-bunch pressed to retain delicate varietal elements. Rich flavours of fleshy peach and apricot and subtle floral notes are complimented by a rounded mouthfeel and fresh acidity on the finish. This wine pairs beautifully with an after-dinner English cheeseboard, or simply enjoyed chilled on a sunny afternoon in the garden.
