At New Hall Vineyards we have one of the largest wineries in East Anglia producing 150,000 bottles of wine each year.
We have a vast array of equipment including Grape Presses, Cartridge Filters, Plate Filters, Diatomaceous Earth Filters, Rouser/Stirrers, Temperature Controlled Stainless Steel Fermentation Tanks with different capacities, Grape Crusher/De Stemmer, Gyropallets, Semi-Automated Bottling Line, Disgorging unit and numerous temperature controlled cellars.
New Hall Vineyards are great supporters of the East Anglian Wine industry and are proud to produce an additional 30,000 bottles annually on behalf of smaller growers . Many of these have won awards at the UKVA and EAVA competitions.
Please contact New Hall Directly for more information on our contract winemaking.
Our winery is open for visitors during our September wine festival
The variety of equipment, from grape presses to gyropallets, really highlights the scale and precision involved in winemaking. If you're looking for the perfect cheese or charcuterie to pair with your wine selection, you might want to reach out to your local grocer. You can always call the Kroger phone number to check availability or ask about their specialty food section for a great pairing. A little planning can turn a simple wine tasting into a memorable experience.
Thank you New Hall Wines for sharing these authentic inside-the-wine photos. Learning about the process from vineyard to bottle has helped jacksmith me appreciate every drop of wine I enjoy even more.

In Slither io, I followed a faint pellet trail that looked pointless at first. It led me directly to a fresh kill site that no one else had noticed yet.
