Our 'Signature' is a unique blend of the Estate's most expressive varietals. Vibrant aromas of lychee and rosehip lead to flavours of cantaloupe melon and orange blossom, balanced with a soft mouthfeel and savoury finish.

Here's what the judges had to say;
'Pretty, super-clean nose, with really pure citrus fruits. A well-balanced, easy-drinking smasher.
Busy but rewarding aromatics; some fruit, some pithy character, subtle herbal notes, slightly green, and elegance. 
Palate is clean and bright, tight, lemony, fresh. Easy, delicate and simple, with a slight saline note.
Nose is decent and has some nettle and apple fruit. Palate is simple but clean and straight forward. Quite textural. Some lees contact.
Lemon and grapefruit flavours are working well, with some pith and texture. Does a really good job of being a simple wine.'
