Our Old Vine Bacchus Fume, sustainably nurtured for over 40 years, blends vibrant fruit notes of stone fruit with earthy depth, opening with bright aromas of orchard fruits and citrus. The textured palate is complimented by oak nuances of vanilla and delicate spice; an excellent match with smoky, creamy and rich dishes.
 
These large, old gnarly vines are significant reservoirs of biomass and carbon; they play a vital role in local hydrological cycles, by sustaining, feeding and protecting our local soils.
