This multi-award-winning wine is produced from the oldest and largest plantation of Bacchus vines in England. The Crouch Valley vineyards boast the almost near-perfect terroir for growing Bacchus of exceptional varietal characteristics. Think elderflower, red apples and melon on the nose, with ripe apricots and pineapple flavours on the finish.
Notoriously fabulous served with almost everything.
a pale, fruit-driven and crisp rose from the legendary 2019 vintage. our rose shows Classic flavours of strawberries and cream with intense notes of cassis and raspberry on the finish. Perfect for a sunny afternoon in the garden.

a blend of pinot gris & pinot blanc
our noble white is an elegant, medium-style wine, with slight pettillence to lift the varietal aromas. rich flavours of fleshy peach and subtle floral notes are complemented by a rounded mouthfeel and fresh acidity on the finish.

Our Signature is a unique blend of aromatic varieties where only the best of the best are selected by the winemakers during blending. although technically a dry wine, the acidity is soft and round.

Our Muller-Thurgau berries are lightly pressed and undergo a cool, slow ferment in order to preserve the delicate floral aromas and ripe peach flavours. Created as a classically medium style wine.

Our Barons Red is packed with cherry and violet aromas with summer berries and a hint of oak on the palate. Soft, supple tannins on the finish demonstrate the time and care taken to produce this best-selling style.

An exceptionally elegant and complex wine which showcases the very best elements of a cool-climate Chardonnay. On the nose, ripe peach and honeydew melon aromas shine though. Our 2018 Pinot noir is an elegant, well-structured wine which displays the very best that this varietal can offer. Ruby in colour, this wine shows cherry and blackberry fruit on the nose with slightly earthy notes. On the palate, typical fruit-driven Pinot characteristics shine through, enhanced by subtle toasty and spicy notes leading to a gorgeous silky mouthfeel.
a perfect pairing with a good chunk of cheddar or a lovely sunday roast.
The process of integrating toasty oak staves to this wine during ferment lifts Bacchus to new heights. On the nose, intense grapefruit and citrus notes shine through. The subtle use of oak adds great complexity to the palate in the form of sweet spice and smokiness, whilst honey and dried fruit notes linger on the finish. The mouthfeel is soft, round and full.
This show-stopping wine deserves to be paired with a fabulous English cheeseboard.
A classic example of Traditional Method English Sparkling Wine, bottle-fermented and aged for over a year. expect aromas of pear and stone fruit and notes of apple and red berries on the palate. The finish is rich with a creamy mouthfeel and a fine persistent mousse.

Our Sparkling Rosè is a firm favourite of ours, and has proved so popular that we have quadrupled production in the past two years. Produced by whole-bunch pressing Pinot noir and selecting the first and best cuvee for the blend.
this wine has a delicate mousse, allowing aromas of fresh raspberry and cassis to reach the nose. On the palate, flavours of strawberry and cream come through, leading to an elegant clean finish with some autolytic notes.

Our Traditional Method Bacchus is produced from selected bacchus from the 2017 vintage. this wine demonstrates classic hedgerow and elderflower notes on the nose. Flavours of fresh green apple and lemon prevail, with a soft creamy mousse and elegant minerality on the finish.
very good served with smoked cheeses. our winemaker reccomends pairing this wine with a rich chocolate mousse.
